The Wellsville Creative Arts Center exists to enhance the quality of life for the people in our community. Its purpose is to provide high quality education in the arts, entertaining and creative programming, and a venue for a wide range of cultural and community activities. The Arts Center functions through the collaborative efforts of dedicated employees, volunteers and supporters.
