"This drawing class with Robert Lake as the instructor was/is very beneficial. 'Was' because the class itself is over. "Is" because I can take what I learned and apply it throughout my life. I enjoyed the camaraderie of each person here and the instruction and acceptance of those involved. The biggest thing I learned here was to be patient with my progress, accept my work where it was at, and move on through practice. I like doing work outside the box. I love the acceptance of my work at the level where I am at and hope that was reciprocated to everyone else. The no grading format is a blessing also. Basically, I'm learning to be artistic without being my own worst critic, and to find myself in my own style because I feel safe expressing my art here. Great class. WOW! I totally recommend it!"
