Little Gem Restaurant Head Chef Pam Eastman
shares her secrets!
Pam Eastman is currently the Head Chef at the Little
Gem Restaurant. She is responsible for creating the beautiful and tasty
pastries and desserts at the Little Gem Restaurant and the Wellsville
Creative Arts Center Coffee House. Before that she was the owner/chef
at the Paradise Café in Hornell, NY. Pam continues to teach a
wide variety of cooking skills to variaty age groups and individuals
including cooking for health and healing.

Yeast Breads 101

An introduction to bread making. From “proofing”
yeast to sourdough starters, Chef Eastman walks
students through the process of successful bread
making. Students will create their own unique “take
home” loaf.

Beautiful Flowers with Sugar Paste
Monday - May 17, 2010 (6:00pm - 8:00pm)
We will learn the basic techniques to sculpt, color
and finish several varieties of gum paste flowers,
then create a lasting arrangement to take home.
